About Primo
Victor also known as (Primo) is one of the leaders in our Corporation. He’s been with G&G since it was founded. Primo is in charged of a small unit of fabricators that take on specific predetermined tasks to finish a bigger project or the whole project as a whole.
Planning out his day: He comes into the office and checks with Ana on the progress on the work order for a Warehouse Client. His team is in charged of cutting Storage uprights to new lenght and adding footplates to those cut uprights.
-
Hands-On Fabrication
Victor and his team first need to cut the uprights at specific dimensions. Simoustanly, cut the main foot plates where the uprights will be placed. Collaboration between the team needs to be well coordinated so they work fluently and efficiently.
Problem-Solving on the Fly:The Saw used for this tasks has certain limitations, therefore supervision and manoeuvring is necessary and constant problem solving on the spot. Victor is great at leading by example.

Precision and Attention to Detail
This is where Victor’s main role really comes into play. His 10 and more years of experience in the metal fabrication world gives him a wide spectrum of skills that ensures the attention to detail that GGFABWELD and the client has demanded in every project.
Quality Checks and Inspections: Primo and his team run one final Quality Check process on the final pieces before they move on to the next station. It’s important to notice that after each piece is cut, we grind and run a first QC on every piece we produce.
At the end the day, Victor checks the progress with his team and reports it back to Ana. He also makes sure all the equipment is cleaned and set back in place. He’s ready to go home and checks out. We are very honored to have Victor as one of our leaders, we really enjoy having him in the shop and it’s a pleasure to work with. Muchas gracias Primo!
