Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light.

Powder coating is used mainly on metals, so is perfect for:

  • Industrial parts

  • Architectural applications

  • Automotive Refinishing

  • Enclosures

  • Stairs and Railing Systems

  • Project:

A very loyal customer came back to us with these Players' Sideline Shelters. Our customer asked us to renovate. We knew right away that the original powder coat would have to be redone and we knew exactly where to take it! We work closely with a local vendor near the Indianapolis area that specializes in Powder Coating.

  • Disassemble

For us to be able to work in the small areas and assure that all the original powder coat was effectively removed, we took apart the entire Players' Sideline Shelters. All the big and small accessories were sandblasted before they got powder-coated again.

  • Finish

The final result from our vendor is delivered. This powder coat finish is Glossy but we also offer Semi-Gloss or Matte. All is left to do is reassemble.
