Happy 2nd Birthday to us!

G&G Fabrication and Welding, LLP was established in April of 2020. It was founded by Augusto Guerrero & Cesar Guerrero - Father & Son. Combined they bring over 25 year of experience with metal fabrication and certified welding. The beginning was not easy and so far we have faced many barriers. Regardless, we are here and we are 100% committed to our community and our clients. We understand the importance of looking back, learning and growing from those lessons.

Here are some business takeaways that our founders have learned over the last 2 years. We are hoping that these can be helpful to anyone that is in the process of starting something new. We’ve been there, we get it, we support you - go after it!

• Just because you have a business name, logo, etc doesn’t mean you have an operational business. You have to be willing to go out there and find work. After a little while and with enough consistent work, potential customers start coming to you. 

• At first, we didn’t always make profit. Some jobs we didn’t make any money simply because we wanted to get our foot in the door.

• We used to want to try everything and anything that people would ask us, we’re learning how to tune up what we’re really good at and focus on getting better at the skills we’re really good at.

• Always focus on quality. That’s one huge factor of returning customers. Quality always speaks for itself.

• Learn how to delegate. Also, it's very important to know how to teach. It might sound silly but it’s very important to learn the skill of teaching. 

• You don’t have to know everything. It’s ok to learn as you go. The most important thing is to be consistent and to keep the ball rolling. 

• Learn to hire the right people. 

• Know your numbers.
